Leadership Roles &
Accountability Guide

Core Structure — Roles, Responsibilities & Accountability Web

Prayer Over Leadership
I pray for wisdom over each leader in this program.
I pray that God fills them with peace in hard times and confidence to do the right thing even when it is difficult.
Lord, speak clearly to those assigning leadership roles and equip each chosen leader to rise to the occasion.
I pray that each of these men walk hand in hand with You, Lord, and that You fill them with Your love till it overflows into the lives of those around them.
Thank You, Lord, for each one of these guys.
I pray blessings over them Lord and that the leaders and mentors gain as much from this program as the students do.
All of this I pray in Jesus' name, AMEN!!!

Purpose of This Document

This guide outlines the expectations, requirements, and accountability structure for all leadership roles within The Sharpening Project. Each position exists to build a foundation of strong, Christ-centered leadership and to ensure that the program operates in unity, humility, and excellence.

Every leader holds a unique and vital role — but all roles are bound together by a shared calling: to serve faithfully, lead humbly, and guide others toward freedom in Christ.

Accountability Framework

Overview

The Sharpening Project leadership model is a spiritual web of accountability — where every leader is supported, mentored, and covered in prayer. No leader stands alone; every person is both responsible for others and cared for by someone else.

Structure

Every leader has a dedicated accountability partner. The Head Advisor acts as mentor and accountability partner to all leaders. The Program Director oversees overall flow and reports to the Head Advisor.

"We are a family and a team. Each person is here to help each other as much as they possibly can — whether that's prayer, encouragement, or practical help within the program."
