I pray for wisdom over each leader in this program.
I pray that God fills them with peace in hard times and confidence to do the right thing even when it is difficult.
Lord, speak clearly to those assigning leadership roles and equip each chosen leader to rise to the occasion.
I pray that each of these men walk hand in hand with You, Lord, and that You fill them with Your love till it overflows into the lives of those around them.
Thank You, Lord, for each one of these guys. I pray blessings over them, Lord.

Program Director
Oversees the entire program — operations, direction, structure, culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead yearly vision & direction; manage all leadership teams
- Approve systems, pairings, events; oversee accountability web
- Lead monthly leadership debrief; report major updates to Head Advisor
Head Advisor
Pastoral / ministry overseer ensuring Biblical integrity and spiritual safety.
Responsibilities
- Provide spiritual covering; mentor all leaders
- Assist high-level decisions; handle conflict, crisis, theology
- Attend leadership meetings quarterly
Tier 2 — Daily Engine
Core Operations Coordinators
Lead Mentor Coordinator
Leads the entire mentor force.
Responsibilities
- Manage mentor assignments; weekly check-ins; track meetings
- Monitor health of relationships; report issues to Director & Advisor
Media & Liaison Coordinator
Communication, branding, parent relations, public voice.
Responsibilities
- Parent announcements; monthly RSVPs; flyers + forms
- Communication systems; media consent compliance

Safety & Compliance Officer
Ensures all safety, reporting, and legal standards are followed.
- Oversee Rules & Protocols Manual; manage incident reports
- Review mentor conduct; interface with parents during crises

Training & Development Director
Builds the training system for mentors and new chapters.
- Create training modules; run kickoff training
- Lead quarterly leadership workshops; train new chapter leaders
Expansion & Chapter Replication Officer
Designs replicable systems for future campus/city chapters.
- Build the "Sharpening Project Playbook"; oversee new chapter onboarding
- Maintain brand consistency; provide coaching to new leaders
Tier 4 — Admin & Logistics
Admin, Finance & Event Roles
Administrative Coordinator
Supports leadership through organization and documentation.
- Maintain records; track forms; oversee scheduling systems
- Archive incident reports; support director with admin tasks
Finance & Budget Coordinator
Manages money, spending, accountability, and transparency.
- Track every dollar spent; maintain budget dashboard
- Approve/deny spending requests; communicate with sponsors
- Provide monthly financial report
Event Operations Lead
Runs monthly hangouts and kickoff events.

Hospitality & Environment Lead
Creates an atmosphere of warmth, welcome, and trust.
- Snacks & drinks; greeting families; visible presence at events
- Event flow support; maintain a "safe feeling" environment
Mentors
Shepherd students through one-on-one discipleship.
- Weekly 2+ hour meetings; lead spiritual discussions; pray for students
