Three audience-specific versions — Donor/Investor, Parent, and Mentor
A generation of young men is being raised in a culture of confusion, isolation, and spiritual drift. We believe God is calling this generation back to Himself — and that revival starts with discipleship, brotherhood, and truth.
The Sharpening Project exists to build a Christ-centered movement where young men discover identity, develop strength, and walk in lasting freedom. This is more than mentorship — it is spiritual formation, leadership development, and character transformation.
We exist so young men can:
This is a movement of brothers sharpening brothers, preparing a generation to stand unshaken.
Build a culture where every student feels seen, valued, known, and spiritually protected.
Raise mentors who model Christlike humility, courage, integrity, and leadership.
Guide young men into genuine transformation — freedom rooted in Scripture, accountability, and the Holy Spirit.
What parents deserve to know most.
We believe no young man should walk through life alone. Middle school and early high school can be overwhelming — pressure, temptation, identity questions, and the desire to belong. The Sharpening Project exists to give young men a safe, Christ-centered place to grow, talk openly, be mentored, and build real confidence in who God created them to be.
Our heart is simple:
Through trusted mentors, weekly one-on-one meetings, and monthly hangouts, students gain guidance, friendship, and biblical truth to help them navigate life with clarity and courage.
Your son will be known, valued, and supported in a safe, parent-honoring environment.
Older students model what it looks like to follow Christ with humility, courage, and integrity.
We help young men grow in their faith, overcome struggles, and walk in real freedom through Christ.
We take safety, communication, spiritual integrity, and leadership training seriously. Every mentor is vetted, trained, and closely supervised. Your son will always be seen, supported, and prayed for.
The Sharpening Project exists because young men need godly leaders — older brothers in the faith who will walk with them, listen, lead, and sharpen them into the men God is calling them to be.
As a mentor, you step into that calling. You're not just hanging out with students. You're shaping futures. You're building leaders. You're fighting for a generation's spiritual freedom.
Your job is to create a space where your student feels safe, valued, and understood.
Safety is non-negotiable. Love is the foundation.
You model what biblical manhood looks like: humility, courage, consistency, integrity, and faithfulness.
Your life preaches louder than your words.
You walk with your student through challenges, temptation, and growth — always pointing them toward Christ, Scripture, and the Holy Spirit.
Freedom happens when consistency meets truth.
You are part of something bigger than yourself — a movement raising a generation of strong, unshakable men.
